In my presentations, I'm real big on setting the tone at the beginning. I have my chant that I like to do to get us in the right mindset. I also like to do a version of my chant/motto to encourage others. The great thing is that when people turn to their partner to say it, they actually say louder and more forcefully than when they do if for themselves!
