The students and faculty at Coldwater Middle School did a great job with this activity that I use as a lead-in to touch on servant leadership (YALE- you are leaders everyday) for all ages. No matter our age, I believe we all are put in the position to be leaders at some point and time, depending on the situation; thus I feel it's important to talk about leadership with teens!
